TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF REGENIX BIOSCIENCE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Any failure by Regenix Bioscience to assert a right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Regenix Bioscience regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties regarding that subject matter.
